Align in the Pines: Summer Yoga Series with Lolë

The Keystone Neighbourhood Company along with Lolë presents Align in the Pines:
An outdoor yoga series at the base of Keystone Resort where guests will enjoy an hour of mountain air and a flow practice designed for everyone from the casual yogi to the Ashtanga expert.
Join us under the canopy of Aspen leaves rising from the banks of the Snake River for a mind-clearing hour of asana in Quaking Aspen Amphitheatre. Don’t forget your water! No Mat? No Problem! Lolë will provide mats as needed.
Tuesday AM classes will be a one-hour Rise & Flow, a slower-paced flow class focused on building heat through slow, mindful movement and sun salutations.
Rise & Flow: June: 15, 22, 29 | July: 6, 13, 20, 27 | August: 3, 10, 17, 24, 31
Thursday PM classes will be a one-hour flow for all levels.
Flow: June: 17 | July: 1, 8, 15, 22 | August: 5, 12, 19 | September: 2, 9
The last Thursday of each month we will slow it down to a Yin class in which postures are held for several minutes at a time to open the fascia and connective tissue. Yin classes will be followed by complimentary mimosas and raffle at Lole.

Yoga Teacher Bio for Align in the Pines:
Erin Bissette is a North Carolina native who has been practicing yoga since 2013 when she discovered yoga as an essential complement to running. After realizing yoga is actually the perfect complement to everything, she completed her 200 hr. YTT at Asheville Yoga Center and started to dive into meditation, Yin, Nidra, and restorative practices in addition to flow. Erin strives to make yoga accessible and welcoming for all bodies and wants to share the joy of yoga with anyone ready to experience it!
