Local Folk Bluegrass Band will provide entertainment between courses, creating the perfect backdrop for enjoying expertly crafted bites and brews. Limited tickets are available.

1st Course: Turmeric Tahini Caesar with chickpea crunch and tahini-garlic croutons, aged goat cheese
1st Course: Ariana Grande Italian Pilsner – light, crisp, herbal aroma with light hop bitterness should accent the spice blend of turmeric and tahini and complement the salty, grassiness of the goat cheese
2nd Course: Apple and Brie Galette with whole grain honey-mustard drizzle, topped with a torn herb and arugula salad with a bright lemon vinaigrette
2nd Course: The Full Monty ESB – malty, toasted bread, lightly sweet with mild hop bitterness should pair well with the buttery pastry of the galette and the bitterness should accent the spice of the arugula and herb salad
3rd Course: Green Chile chicken gravy with corn and mirepoix and a jalapeño honey biscuit
3rd Course: New Kids on the Block IPA – dry, moderately bitter IPA with aroma of citrus, mango, and dank resin should complement the spice of the green chili and jalapeno and bitterness will pair well with the creaminess of the gravy and sweetness of the honey
4th Course: Dark Molasses Gingerbread Cake with Orange Cream Cheese frosting, topped with charred oranges and a brown sugar drizzle
4th Course: Barrel Aged Blackberry Manilow – spiced blackberry aroma with a blackberry tart like malty finish should accent the spice profile of the gingerbread and complement the citrus
Digestif: Barrel Aged Raspberry White Stout – sweet raspberry and chocolate aroma with notes of blueberry, coffee and rose like finish will be the perfect end to the pairing. Like drinking a dessert and wine in the same glass
