DISTILLED Spirits and Speaker Series Presents: Whiskey and Woodworking – CANCELLED

Warren Station is excited to safely welcome back our DISTILLED Spirits and Speaker Series featuring Whiskey and Woodworking, a do it yourself woodworking project paired perfectly with a whiskey tasting event.  The Frosted Flamingo mobile art studio is joining us for an evening of whiskey tastings paired with woodworking projects.

Colorado Whiskey Selection:

Stranahan’s Blue Peak Single Malt – A single malt whiskey that marries tradition with innovation. Blue Peak is an American single malt distilled at high altitude, aged in new American oak barrels, and Solera finished, a maturation process typically used in wine, resulting in a rich and mellow whiskey. Distilled in Denver, Colorado

Tin Cup Whiskey made in Colorado

Deerhammer – Straight Bourbon 4 Grain – Unique, 4 Colorado grains being used in their Bourbon recipe. Made right down the road in Buena Vista, Colorado.

Tin Cup – Original – a blend of two great American whiskeys, each aged in #3 charred oak barrels. “High rye” bourbon, distilled and aged in Indiana, is blended with a small amount of Colorado single malt whiskey. These whiskeys are then cut with Rocky Mountain water. Founded in beautiful Woody Creek, Colorado

Warren Station is a COVID SAFE Venue – DISTILLED Safety Measures Include the Following:

This year to accommodate new safety precautions, we are preselling the woodworking projects online with your ticket. When you arrive, you will find your reserved table (up to 6 guests) where you can drop your jacket, then pick up your craft, hit the bar, return to your table and begin. For safety precautions there is one-directional flow through Warren Station to ensure proper distancing. At your table, you will notice (3) pre-poured whiskey samples. About 30 minutes into the event, our resident whiskey expert will get on stage and will tell the stories of the (3) chosen spirits. For about 10 minutes we will ask for the hammering to be halted so that we can give our attention to the speaker. After a few sips, you can get back to being a creative genius!

One can brand, burnish, embed, paint, or string your favorite design. All of the projects offered will make unique gifts or a Colorado souvenir of an memorable night at Keystone Resort. The ticket price includes (3) samples of bourbon, and (1) project per person. Come out for a night of spirited, hands-on FUN, and continue to make the Distilled Series at Warren Station a success! We have a limited number of projects in each category, so buy your tickets early!
