Menu~

Big Wave – light golden ale with a subtle fruitiness and delicate hop aroma. The lightly roasted honey malt contributes to the golden hue of this beer and also gives a slight sweetness that is balanced out by our special blend of hops. Enjoy seafood, poultry, salads, and light pasta dishes.

Mushroom-teriyaki marinated Tuna poke with spicy kaffir lime aioli, pickled red onions, diced cucumber & orange

 

Gold Cliff IPA – Features real pineapple, along with bright, tropical fruit aromas of Mosaic and Citra hops and a hint of smooth caramel malt. Enjoy with smoked pork, grilled ham, or chicken sausage.

Smoked pork with guajillo marinade, grilled peaches, and fennel salad 

 

Hanalei IPA – A hoppy aroma with a tropical Hawaiian twist. Passionfruit, orange, and guava balance the hops to deliver a coppery session-style ale. Enjoy this beer with seafood, tacos, pizza, or pasta dishes.

Passion fruit shrimp ceviche with pineapple leche de tigre, pickled red onion, avocado, cucumber and tortilla chips

 

Longboard Island Lager – A crisp, pale-gold lager made with choice malts and aromatic hops brewed in a traditional lager style. Pairing well with lighter fare like grilled chicken, sandwiches, and pizza.
