Eat, Drink, ROCK! has a lineup of Colorado fare, craft beer, and music to celebrate winter in Keystone! Elysian Brewing and the chefs at A Perfect Bite Catering have collaborated to deliver a delicious menu and a classic beer maker’s event. Guests will eat, drink, and rock through four small plate stations, each intentionally paired with an Elysian beer sample. Local musician John Truscelli will keep satiated guests’ toes tapping through the night.
Nathan Murphy from Elysian Brewing and the chef from A Perfect Bite Catering will speak about the menu design, flavor profiles, and education on the brewery and the showcased beers during this event.

Nathan Murphy – originally came to the brewing industry after homebrewing, with a desire to work for a company whose products he was passionate about. His career with AB started in 2015 at the Williamsburg, VA Brewery. After that he was the Senior Maltster in Idaho Falls, ID learning the malting industry and better understanding raw material quality. In 2020 he came to the Fort Collins Brewery as the Assistant Brew master and became Senior Brew master in January 2022.
