Warren Station’s Italian Wine Pairing Dinner.
Strap on your skis and shoop, shoop, shoop your way to Warren Station for an Italian-influenced culinary experience guaranteed to satiate the taste buds.
Local favorite Keystone Sommeliers will take you on a journey of five unique wines from select Italian vines each perfectly paired with a curated menu.
The Italian Wine Pairing Dinner’s theme is in honor of our US Ski Team, who will be competing in the World Cup Ski races in Cortina D’Ampezzo on January 21st. Therefore, Warren Station hosts it’s first Italian wine dinner, influenced by the Dolomite mountains of Northern Italy. Whether you come in your finest ski sweaters or dressed to impress, just make sure you come hungry, and ready to take a journey through Italy.
A Perfect Bite Catering has created a delectable menu that will have your taste buds satiated at the first bite. From appetizers to desserts and three courses in-between, you will not leave this event hungry.
Please note: Tickets are on sale in advance only. There will be no day of sales.
About the Sommeliers (Tour Guides): Megan and Kurtis have been sommeliers in Summit County, Colorado for many years. They studied with the Court of Master Sommeliers, The International Sommelier Guild, and The International Wine Guild, and learned that there’s more knowledge to be gained every day. They feel deeply that each wine has a soul and a story that is just waiting to pop out of a bottle and become part of your dining experience. Over the last thirty years, they have connected hundreds of people with the magic of wine, food, and friends, as well as a dive into the history each wine, grape, region, and winemaker have to offer. Megan and Kurtis will lead a guided tour through the Dolomites and tell tales on how the wine is made and help you find your favorite.
