Due to the forecasted high winds and blizzard conditions for Tuesday March 4th, the Keystone Neighbourhood Event Team has made the decision to move Keystone’s Mardi Gras Party & Gumbo Cook-Off indoors to Warren Station Center for the Arts located in River Run Village.
The National Weather Service has issued a high wind and blizzard warning for Keystone and therefore to make sure the party will go on; the Mardi Gras Celebration will move inside to Keystone’s awesome performing arts center. The Bourbon Street Hurricanes with Special Guest Hazel Miller will still perform a free concert and even provide a longer music set. The Salida Circus performers and face painters will still be onsite along with our free and fun photo booth. The tastiest gumbo west of the Mississippi will still be served by 11 competitors from Keystone and beyond as well as the bar will be open! Anyone who has purchased a tasting bracelet for the gumbo competition is welcome to still join us for the party in Warren Station where the weather outside will be cold, but the gumbo will be hot! Don your best Mardi Gras outfit and head to Warren Station on Tuesday March 4th from 3pm – 5pm for Keystone’s Mardi Gras Party…indoor edition.
