Winter B.L.A.M! (Beer, Local Art, Music)

BLAM is BACK at Warren Station – Enjoy the Winter Version of this Popular Event!

Warren Station will be running a canned food drive during this event. In lieu of $5, three cans of food will be accepted as admission to the event.

“BLAM” – BEER+LOCAL ART + MUSIC is a celebration of local artists and musicians! Seventeen local artists have been chosen to display and sell their artwork, and will be available to discuss their process. The art on display will include photography, painting, woodwork, custom snowboards and skis, and much more. Food will be available for purchase through our friends at Sauce on the Blue and Inxpot. Enjoy drink specials from New Belgium Brewery at the Warren Station Bar while listening to some of Summit’s best musicians. Summit County’s top funk band The Wellbeings will headline the event, with DJ Rude Boi and Glenda Luck serving as the openers. Spend the day on the slopes, and the evening knocking out your holiday shopping , with local artists, while listening to live music and enjoying drink specials!

Local artists include: Hannah Chavez, Alicia Dolbashian, Igneous Skis, Jim Smith Snowboarding, Joshua Doolittle, Jeremy Greene, Brandi Violetta, Krista Lea, Julia Halaby, Andy Moran, Jerrad Santmyer, and more!

The Wellbeings- The Wellbeings are a Colorado based live music experience featuring tight funky grooves and an array of other unique influences to keep you dancing all night long. The Blend of hip-hop, soul, jazz and downright dirty funk comes to you from a powerful 9-piece playing a mix of unforgettable originals, and tasty reworked covers for your ears and your hips enjoyment. The Wellbeings’ live show is a rhythmically delightful, groove blasting, body shaking experience all its own; an experience they can’t wait to make you a part of.

DJ Rude Boi: An essential in the Summit County area for years, DJ Rude Boi has been steadily building his DJ realm beat by beat all over Colorado. With influences of breakdancing, graffiti, and DJing, Justin has come a long way. Keeping up with new styles and genres of music is his biggest inspiration. The music scene is continuously changing and bringing more to the table. With an original love for House music, Break Beats, Drum & Bass, Hip-Hop, Funk, and Punk Rock music, DJ Rude Boi enjoys mixing the old with the new, creating a remarkable performance. Justin started playing music locally in Colorado, at bars and clubs around town. His career started here in Summit County at the famous Snake River Saloon and he is currently a resident at Lake Dillon Tavern. DJ Rude Boi is always looking for the next best thing.

Glenda Luck: Award winning chanteuse/composer Glenda Luck delights her audiences by performing folk and classically influenced original compositions on a variety of instruments. Her compelling voice lures her listener’s ear closer for a savory and intimate evening. Weaving lyrics and melody together as she moves seamlessly from classical guitar to banjo, harmonica and piano. Ms. Luck presently resides in Silverthorne, CO.
