JANUARY WELLNESS AT WARREN STATION

As ski season kicks into gear in Summit County, January becomes a chance to slow down, embrace the darkness, and refocus on your well-being.

Dry January Events

Dry January is now a popular trend, especially among ski bums and outdoor lovers who rarely slow down. With that in mind, this January at Warren Station, we invite you to pause, refocus on what matters to you, and maybe try something new at our lineup of fun, non-alcohol-centric events.

Here are our five favorite dry January events in Keystone!

Snow Glow Yoga– January 3

First up on the list is Snow Glow Yoga, a new year tradition at Warren Station! This yoga event features a flow for all levels with a focus on sun salutations and standing balances. All while embracing the beat! If you don’t know what any of that means, don’t worry! The instructor will offer variations for all levels of experience in this low-pressure setting.

Plus, we take it to the next level of fun! Wear your neon, your glow in the dark, or your bright white. We’ll flip on the blacklights and paint up with glow-in-the-dark colors to add a fun, artistic twist to the flow.

Sauna & Stretch– January 10

The only thing better than a yoga class on a Saturday is a yoga class on a Saturday that includes a sauna session! We’re partnering up with Elevate Sauna in Silverthorne to create a customizable yoga and sauna experience!

Guests can decide if they want to just attend a yoga class, just sit in the sauna, or a combination of both! There are three different types of tickets for this event:

Breckenridge Distillery’s liquid chef, Billie Kiethley, will whip up cocktails and mocktails, so whether your January is dry or wet, you’ll get the perfect pairings! Chef Alyssa and Liquid Chef Billie will guide guests through the tasting and explain how each of the pairings came about.

Fire and Ice is sure to sell out, so grab your tickets to the ultimate après pairing while supplies last!

Comedy Night– January 23

You know what they say, laughter is the best medicine. We’ve been testing that theory at the Warren Station comedy series for years now. So far, the results are positive! Reserve a table with friends or loved ones and celebrate the beginning of the weekend with a night of laughter at the Station! Although the headliner and opener acts are still to be announced, we’ve certainly laughed throughout our entire partnership with Comedy Works Denver!

Ecstatic Dance– January 24

Have you heard of ecstatic dance? Well now you have! Ecstatic dance is an open-ended dance practice that encourages participants to find mindfulness in the present moment, and feel connected with their bodies through intuitive movement.

Warren Station is partnering with Ecstatic Dance Colorado to bring you the ultimate ecstatic dance experience. Whether you’ve attended many ecstatic dance events or are just starting out, you’re sure to have a fantastic experience with a little guidance from Kat Carter and irresistible beats from DJ Between Realms. This is an alcohol-free, judgement-free zone where guests are encouraged to come as they are! Click here to learn more about the event schedule and tickets.

Wellness in Keystone

In addition to Warren Station’s wellness events in January, Keystone Resort has additional health and wellness offerings for every guest. Getting out on the mountain skiing or snowboarding is a great way to get some fresh air while working on your strength and balance. A visit to the Alpenglow Spa is a great way to relax with their variety of massages, facials, and body treatments. Plus, have you ever tried a sensory deprivation tank?  Treat yourself to a refined and nourishing meal from Ski Tip Lodge or Bighorn Bistro. No matter which activities fill your days, a getaway to the beautiful high country of Summit County is a great way to start off 2026 with a fun and rewarding weekend!
