KEYSTONE NEIGHBOURHOOD’S SPRING 2022 EVENTS UPDATE

Keystone Neighbourhood Events: Warren Station & Festivals Spring Events

You’d be mistaken if you thought we were done throwing events at Warren Station this Winter.

We are happily returning to a full schedule of spring events starting in February, running through April, to finish out the 2022 winter season at Keystone Resorts.

First, later this month, we will continue with our Winter Comedy Series on February 25th, with Dē Kelly and Sam Tallent. Both comedians come to us from the famed Denver Comedy Works and bring along a sharp, clever, intelligent, and comedic perspective of the world. The next night we bring back a fan-favorite event, Canvas Uncorked.

A casual night of learning the basics of acrylic painting, accompanied by a complimentary beer or wine from our bar. It’s a great date night, but an even better group night. It’s relaxing fun and you get to leave with a unique souvenir from your amazing vacation at Keystone Resort.

Furthermore, not skipping a beat, we hit Fat Tuesday and Keystone’s Mardi Gras Party on March 1st. This event is FREE, and all ages are welcome. Ski during the day, and then join us in the Village at 2:30 for the high-energy dance music of the Nacho Men. The bar will have lots of drink specials, and the village will be full of beads for everyone, games for the kids, and music to dance and stay warm. The event only runs until 5:30 pm, so don’t miss out. You can find more details on Keystone Festivals.

The middle of March is where the music shines.

On Friday, March 11th, and Saturday, March 12th, we welcome back the Winter Bluegrass Festival. This year we will have 2 acts performing on Friday, and 3 talents on Saturday. Come out and join us at this barn burner of a pick. Featuring Elle Michelle’s Grateful Holler, High Country Hustle, Deercreek Sharpshooters, Brandywine and the Mighty Fines, and Groundscore. Lineup details and tickets are on the Warren Station website.

Country band female singer and guitaristThe following weekend, we return to music again, but this time it’s our Rocky Mountain Country Night on Saturday, March 19th. This year is a pared-down version of our annual Rocky Mountain Country Festival. Don’t let that deter you, we have some amazing country acts out of Denver. Perhaps you have heard of Premium Diesel or The Country Music Project. Both bands bring high-energy tunes to suit all country dance styles, from 2-step to line dancing. We are also bringing in dance experts from Country Dance Chicks to teach FREE dance lessons before each band. Bring your date, bring your crew, the more the merrier for this dance party. Rocky Mountain Outback Hats will be there selling cowboy hats in case you forget to bring your own.

We end the month of March with our Comedy Series Finale on March 25th, with David Rodriguez, the “not-outdoorsy,” comedian. He will be preceded by Summit County newcomer, Gabby Guiterrez. These events usually sell out. We offer stadium seating upfront or reserved table seating throughout the ballroom. Don’t get laughed out of this event, get your tickets at Warren Station.

Three guys on a ski lift wearing funny outfitsLastly, our season ends with a throwback to the 80’s & 90’s ski movies, with our Après Fools Party, on Friday, April 1st. Join us for an afternoon of dancing to the funky jams of Split Window, an 80’s costume contest, a trivia competition, complimentary food and beverage, a taco bar, tequila specials, tons of raffle prizes, and one grand prize for the costume winner. The entry includes a raffle ticket, a complimentary drink, and (1) taco from the taco bar.

With this spring events lineup, we have something for everyone. Check out our upcoming events for more information.
