Is my registration/ticket transferable?

DO NOT purchase your ticket from anyone other than Eventbrite.  Tickets should not be transferred or sold.  If you are in a unique situation or have questions, please call (970) 423-8997.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No, but you must be able to present an ID that matches the name of the guest that purchased the tickets.  If more than one ticket is under the same name and you don’t have a printed ticket, the entire party must check-in at the same time. A ticket confirmation email is sent with a QR code that we can also scan for immediate entry.

What is the refund policy?

Tickets are non-refundable.

Does bad weather ever interfere with events at the Warren Station at Keystone?

All performances take place regardless of bad weather.  Warren Station at Keystone offers superior protection from outside elements. Tickets will not be refunded to patrons due to weather or road conditions.

Is there a will-call?

No. Tickets are digital, available online, therefore a will-call is not necessary.  The entry line moves very quickly. Please have your QR code and ID available.

Are discount tickets to public events available for children, seniors, or other groups?

Our tickets are affordably priced and discounts are not typically offered. However, groups of 20 or more may call 970.423.8997 to be considered for a group rate.

Some events will be a combination of GA seated and standing room only.  General admission seating is first-come, first-serve.

In some cases, concerts will be “Standing Room Only”.  No matter where you stand, you will have an amazing view of the stage!  Please review each individual show for seating inquiries.

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

Warren Station at Keystone is usually an all-ages facility. Certain events limit ages to 18+ or 21+ and this will be noted on our site for the specific event.

A valid photo ID is needed for entry. For ALL AGES shows those under 18 must be with a parent or guardian who must remain on-premise throughout the show.

We have a zero-tolerance policy for underage drinking and illegal substances. If you are caught drinking underage, using illegal substances, or caught with a fake ID, you will not be allowed back in the facility until you are 21. If you provide alcohol to a minor, you will be banned from the facility.

Can patrons bring their own food and beverages to public events?

No. Outside food and beverages are prohibited inside Warren Station. Chips & candy are available for purchase at the bar. Warren Station does not have a kitchen, therefore we do not serve food. We recommend trying one of the many great restaurants we have right here in River Run Village. Zuma Roadhouse, Kickapoo, Steep, Lime, and Pizza on the Run are some of our favorite spots.

On a few occasions, we will hire a catering company for a particular event and it will be mentioned on the ticket info. Please note for events at Warren Station that offer catered food, although we try, we cannot always accommodate dietary restrictions. We hope you understand and plan accordingly.

Outside alcohol is strictly prohibited and will get you removed from the building immediately if you are caught with it.
